Key highlights include the conclusion of The Moon Terror by A. G. Birch, the start of The Evening Wolves (Part 1) by Paul Ellsworth Triem, and The Jailer of Souls by Hamilton Craigie, all of which delve into dark forces and otherworldly horrors. Classic tales such as The Murders in the Rue Morgue add an element of literary prestige, while original works like The Well by Julian Kilman and The Voice in the Fog by Henry Leverage provide haunting new thrills.

In addition to fiction, the issue contains eerie essays on strange occurrences, such as Snatched from the Grave, Woman Tells of Death and Arrest Woman Accused of Witchcraft, reinforcing the magazine’s fascination with the macabre and mysterious.

With its bold storytelling and spine-chilling themes, Weird Tales Vol. 1 No. 4 continued to captivate readers, cementing its place as a leader in early 20th-century pulp horror and speculative fiction.
